Check in is at 3:30 and Check Out is before 11am. Early check ins and late check out can be arranged for an additional expense when available.
Yes, you can park in the driveway. Please do not block the large garage door.
If appropriate. Your dog must be house-trained, on leash outdoors and off furniture indoors. No heavy shedders please. All excrement must be bagged and placed in the Landfill bin in shed behind the garage. All outside urine must be watered down. Additionally fee required due to extra cleaning.
All reservations are refundable within the 24 hours they are booked. After the 24 hours, reservations fees are non-refundable except for cleaning and tax. If reservations must be altered due to emergencies and travel restrictions, I will try my best to reschedule if there is availability while including additional charges if rates vary.

There are 3 configurations to choose from: a 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom or a 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom or a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom and it is all the same house just different configurations. There is only 1 rental at a time and the spaces are not shared.
Yes, this rental is legally permitted through Ventura County. All short-term vacation rentals in Ventura County which includes Ojai are required to obtain a permit to rent legally in Ventura County. It’s important because a permitted short term rental is a dependable and trustworthy rental because it is in compliance with local ordinances and laws. Unpermitted rentals are at risk of being shut down and removed by the county.
Yes, there is an advanced filtration system in the house that provides filtered drinking water in the kitchen and a whole house filtration for showers and sinks. Ojai water can be very hard and has lots of calcium which can leave deposits and white residue when washing dishes and on surfaces in the shower and sinks.

The orchard is mostly pixie tangerine trees with meyer & eureka lemons trees and some orange trees. There are also pomegranate trees, a fabulous hachiya persimmon tree, macadamia nut trees and passion fruit vines growing on the fence perimeter of the tennis court.
