My Ojai home is furnished with my finds and treasures from when I was a Set Decorator for TV and film. I have created spaces and opportunities to relax and luxuriate while taking in the views and scents of Ojai. My space also benefits from my belief in and cultivation of a natural living environment, as I am dedicated to using organic bedding and towels and chemical-free cleaning products. I have installed an expensive and comprehensive water purification system so that you can drink water from the drinking water spout in the kitchen and bath in filtered water. Ping pong, corn hole, hammocks, porch with a sweeping view, picnic tables, luxurious fire pit, BBQ, clay court tennis, redwood hot tub & an indoor fireplace are also opportunities to enjoy your vacation and time in Ojai. My house is in a quiet neighborhood close to The Thacher School, Meditation Mount & The Krishnamurti Center while also being 8 minutes by car to downtown Ojai. I have a TESLA charging 240 V outlet that is available for guests to use. Please bring your own cord if you are interested in charging while at the house. I am a permitted Homeshare with Ventura County which is required to legally rent short-term in Ojai. My tenant who lives across the driveway uses the garage for parking and storage. The garage is not part of the house rental. The impact of their presence may be the sound of the garage door and a distant visual of her accessing the garage from the side door beyond the backyard near the back shed which holds the garbage cans. I mention this dynamic so you are not surprised if you see someone in the distance or hear an unexpected sound coming from the garage. Both activities are minimal and usually undetectable and unnoticed.
